Jason is a licensed CFA and CPA in NY and TX with deep Big 4 experience delivering high-quality financial solutions to businesses and individuals.

At Deloitte,  Jason led audit engagements in the Financial Services practice, focusing on private equity funds, hedge funds, and manufacturing clients. Personally directed annual financial statement audits and quarterly reviews for over 10 clients, managing risk assessments, internal control testing, substantive procedures, and final reporting under PCAOB and GAAP standards.

At KPMG Accounting Advisory, Jason executed complex carve-out transactions, designed and implemented internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR), applied ASC 606 revenue recognition for sophisticated arrangements, and provided tax preparation for individuals and high-net-worth clients.

Jason had extensive SEC Financial Reporting & Public Company Experience,  he handled SEC financial reporting requirements for PepsiCo, ensuring accurate quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) filings, compliance with SOX, and high-quality disclosures for a Fortune 50 global corporation.

Jason contributed to various accounting initiatives at Toyota Motor North America, including financial process improvements, consolidation, and technical accounting support for a leading automotive manufacturer with complex North American operations.

In Dec 2025, Jason completed an end-to-end support for U.S. corporations with passive investors. Guided one such company through the full IPO process, from incorporation, board/governance setup, U.S. operations structuring, overseas funding coordination, S-1 preparation, and technical accounting readiness resulting in a successful raise of over $300 million in common stock.
